General Terms & Conditions

By sending the online booking form, the registration is binding and the conditions of participation as well as the general terms and conditions are valid.

You will immediately receive a booking confirmation by e-mail. The booking confirmation will state a deadline for payment of the participation fee. After the deadline has passed, a place on the course can no longer be guaranteed, even if payment is made late. In order to be able to allocate the payments, please use the purpose of payment stated in the booking confirmation when making the bank transfer. An entitlement to participate in an event only exists upon receipt of the confirmation of participation. This will be sent by e-mail after payment of the participation fee or after receipt of the participation fee in the account stated in the booking confirmation.

If the number of registrations exceeds the possible number of participants, participation cannot be guaranteed. In this case, places will be allocated according to the chronological receipt of the respective registrations. Subsequent places may be available, e.g. in the event of cancellation by other participants. In the event of cancellation of booked events/courses, the participation fee already paid will be refunded up to 10 days before the start of the event/course, minus a processing fee of Sfr. 50.00 per event. In the event of later cancellation, the right to a refund of the participation fee is forfeited. Substitute participants can be provided with the consent of the organiser.

In the event of non-participation or premature termination of booked events and courses, there is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee, not even on a pro rata basis; a credit of the participation fee for other events is not possible. Further claims are excluded. In the event of cancellation of events by the organiser, the participation fee paid will be refunded without deductions.

Participation in the events is on the participant's own responsibility and under exclusion of liability claims against the organiser or the seminar or course management. Each participant is liable for any damage caused, e.g. to the inventory or property of other participants, the organiser or the owner/landlord of the respective venue. Each participant is responsible for ensuring that he/she has sufficient liability insurance cover.

Documents handed out during the event or made available via the internet are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed.

In general, photos and/or videos will be taken at all events for the purpose of documentation, as well as for advertising (website, flyers, posters, etc.) and for use in social media. Objections to this on the part of the participant can be made at any time, but not retroactively. If no objection is made, this is automatically deemed to be consent to the production of image and video material and its unrestricted publication. All rights of use remain with A.A. Rasokov.

Binding registrations for events are made via the online booking form.

Payment by TWINT or bank transfer in advance after registration. You will receive further information with your registration and/or via the website.

Insurance (accident and liability insurance) is the responsibility of the participants. No liability will be accepted for damage caused by participants to the property of other participants or to the accommodation.

Any health restrictions must be communicated at the time of registration.

By submitting the online booking form, the participant confirms his/her agreement with the conditions of participation and general terms and conditions.
