Harmala—Spirit of the Desert
«I turn my thoughts into treasures and expand my wealth by turning my visions and dreams into reality. I combine my spiritual knowledge with the power of nature and cosmic energy to manifest limitless abundance» Soothsayer Magic
As I sat by the warming fire, the night seemed to hold its breath, as a door to another world suddenly opened before me. From its threshold emerged the spirit of the Harmala plant, its presence as vivid and undeniable as the flickering flames. I felt the unmistakable pull of an initiation—one that would elevate my journey into transpersonal work to realms beyond anything I had ever envisioned. This was my «Primordial Spirit Initiation» forging a bond between me and the timeless mystical wisdom of Harmal, the soothsayer spirit.
The Harmala plant, deeply rooted in the ancient traditions of the Orient, unveiled its mysteries through an invisible thread that transcended space and time. It felt as though the very energies of these distant, mystical regions reached out to me, guiding me on a soul-stirring journey. This connection penetrated the depths of my being, expanding my perception to encompass the hidden realities of ancient mystery religions and the psycho-active sacraments employed in their sacred initiation rites.
This transformative experience by the fire’s embrace marked a pivotal moment in my path. The wisdom imparted by the Harmala spirit fortified my commitment to transpersonal work, providing me with the tools to delve deeper into the mysteries of the psyche and the spiritual realms
«Like a Serpent He Creeps Out of His Old Skin»
According to Persian tradition, haoma is a drink of wisdom, cognition and initiation into the hidden matters. As a drink of courage, power, good conception and initiation, haoma could play an important part in initiation rituals which were related to the ceremony of ritual death and resurrection, and the ensuing initiation into tribal ritual. In this case, the point was to bring about rebirth which could serve initiation, that is to say, commencing a new stage of life.
Old texts and books can be inspirational, but still today there is a way to enter knowledge directly and individually, without dusting off the long forgotten. In my adapted ritual practice, Haoma lends its powers to the mind, forthbringing and censoring an isolated individual truth for ones guidance and self-knowledge.
